I got some questions about my site: (http://www.woutr.be).

The problem is that most projects are loaded by ajax, so i'm guessing google can't index those projects?
Is there a way to still let google index them?

When i check my google analytics, I see that I got a bounce % of 97% and that visitors only stay on my site for 3 seconds.

Is this also because of the ajax? or is there some other problem?

Don't use AJAX.

AJAX = BAD FOR SEARCH ENGINES!

Google has been executing simple JavaScript for quite a while and using it to discover links and additional content. And I've even heard (I'm pretty sure from Cutts) that they are crawling/indexing content rendered with AJAX now. But even if Google "can" read it, that doesn't help all of the other engines like Bing/Yahoo! to find you content.

The best solution is to just avoid AJAX for any content you want crawled.

That's what I thought, but i'm in the process now of changing my site so that it works without AJAX too, that way google can index all my projects

My advice is to remove the ajax functionality.
