my sites got penalized by google what can i do to get out from this penalty.

I suppose you could start by telling why you think the site has been banned.

how did you say that your site is being banned? there are lot of factors to say your site is being banned. maybe not in the serp, not index, no PR and others.

If you felt that is a mistake than fill up the google reconsideration form.

I guess people here in this forum can't help you if you wont tell what exactly happen to your site and what might cause this.

is your website not showing on search result by typing domain url or another problem ??

Don't know the axact reason why google banned your website as you didn't mention the reason here but may be your site has duplicate/copied contents.

Avoide black hat seo on you site to get index again

The poster has probably forgotten to check back for replies or maybe the problem has been solved so quickly which leaves no room for further explanations. In some cases webmasters might be just to hasty about their stats and as soon as some ranks losses or indexed pages drops are encountered, they would scream about possible penalties.

it would be nice if you could provide more details to make it more clear..

my 2 sites are also banned but there is a reason and reason is that they found copyright content on my sites. my sites are about hollywood movies so copyright issue can`t be solve if any one know how to fight copyright issue please explain here.

fix your mistakes then apply on google webmaster.

make sure its not a google dance or that its just sand boxed.

does your site show up with a

"site:domain.com"

search in google? if it does you are not banned

Find out first what you did wrong then change what it is. Then try to build more links to your site.
