Hey guys, i'm new to the forum... and I need some advice. My site www.creativecarloansinc.com seems to have been penalized by Google or something because it won't even come up until page 7 or so typing in 'creative car loans", when before it came up first page. What could be going on? The night before this happened, I made some changes to the content, decreased the amount of keywords, and inserted a google tracking script. I later found it inserted the tracking script in the wrong location. could it have been that? could the tracking script in the wrong location been interpreted as malcode? Thanks for your help
Just wait and watch, you will see it in ranking as you have changed the content it takes time to index. As soon it gets indexed you will see your site in ranking.
SEO is about continuously working to further optimize and having the patience/perseverance to see it through. I'd suggest being patient for a bit and seeing how the SERPs change AFTER your site gets re-indexed. Best of luck.
To all of you, thanks for the constructive and objective input. I guess i just needed to make sure it was nothing I'm doing wrong. I'll just have to learn more patience. I'll be a regular here on the forum, as I've already found answers to quite a few questions I've had.
