do you care the pr value in google? some people said it is not useful to their sites. so how do you think of it?

You can make a lot of money by selling one PR6 link for a month, haha.

if no body care about the pr value of the site,but why a lot of people spend a lot of time to improve it?

They must think that it's how Google sees how important their website is, or something.

They mostly rant about, "my website's PR is more than yours" ,

Now PR is not matter for google.If your site content is good and unique ,it gets good results from search engine.

PR is just one among thousands of factors that will effect your Search page ranking.
So don't bother much about PR just keep on building Articles and backlinks.

It shows the importance of your website & your website quality.

For users and SEO experts,the really important is SERP (search results) ranking,
That is a specific keyword in the search results ranking.
Of course, there is some consistency between the PR and SERP.
Because they are subject to some of the same factors, such as the reverse link quality and quantity.

I just want to present some of the current emphasis on the PR is too far,
and really need to always bear in mind is the SERP rankings.

It shows the strength of your website in google search engine. So, I always care for PR of my website. If it gets down, that means I have lost quality links of my website.

I actually dont. It doesn't matter for me at all. It doesn't help my site rank in SERP so I don't put attention on it.
