I have posted a lot of articles recently and I was wondering if anyone has an idea of what kind of time frame one can expect for google to crawl the internet and find the inbound links?

It depends by site. Usually, many blogs are indexed in seconds. You must have some links to the site or to update frequent the content and Google will come often to the site.

Indexing of those article you submit depends on the article submission site where you submit your article. Or you can do some things to make it be crawled faster like link2rss bookmarking.

generally Google crawl articles within 2 week and if you have article on those website which are not well known then may be it takes about a months.
hi, If you want a instant crawling done by Google for you then you have to submit a quality content which should be related to your niche but need to be very much fresh and unique from other. If you able to write fresh content then other task will done by Google you just have to post it over Good Alexa ranking website for benefits.
Of course, noone can answer that question. However, the more reputable the site, the more likely to get the article indexed and the links pointing to your site considered valid.
As all of friends talking above, it depending where are you posted to !

Help Google find your article. Create a link from your most active blog pointing to the url of your article then you can delete the link after Google indexes your article. That's what i am doing when I want my article to be indexed quickly.
it always take some time but from my experience you cant guess....
sometimes you see it in minutes but sometimes the moderator desides not to download your article.

The first part of the story to cover some of the challenges for Google, but the second part will have more detail than usual to get.
