I want to install Google analytic on my sub domains and sub-folders and want all the data in only 1 report, for example I have installed Google analytic s on my main website www.example.com, now shall I use the same Analytic s code on my subdomain mini.example.com and sub folder http://www.example.com/Example? or have to do anything else?

You can set goals for the track different pager and sub domain. through this you can track domain and sub domain for the same analytics.

Copy the code into the folder created for the subdomain. sub.domain.com and domain.com/sub are the same directories just different addresses.
