If I search with a particular keyword and open the site. Using same keyword I open the same site but I changed the IP or somewhere from other place. What will happen, keyword ranking increased or decreased?

Possibly; or maybe it will be the third option of staying exactly the same!

It depends upon from which server Google has fetched the result for that particular search. Although there may be only a slight fluctuation happen in ranking. So you don't need to worry about that.

This is definitely one of the strangest types of questions I have ever encountered, how do you expect such things may affect your web rankings? Although Google tracks the IP addresses of the clicks made on web listings, but this does not mean artificially making repeated clicks and expecting some magics to happen.
