When I click on the link recorded in the statistics that tracks visitors it simply takes me to my site, it means someone sometimes can directly turn to the website by something www.google.com/url. However, the site hasn't been included in the directory.google.com and www.dmoz.org? Why can people do that?
What does www.google.com/url mean as the "Referring Address" in the stats for my blog?
When I click on the link it simply takes me to my own blog.
Does this mean someone has used the Google search function on my blog to locate a post?
Seaching the internet, mine is the same as the description of someone.
After all, it benefits people's website traffic. I do want to know what on earth the source is.

If it is steeled content from you then you can report it to Google for penalization.

And it occurs when a Google toolbar/Firefox/Chrome user mistypes a URL such as www.webmaster-talk.cob and Google delivers an interstitial page to the browser suggesting an alternative.
The link then redirects via Google.com so that Google can monitor their suggestion accuracy.

A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds
Thought for today:- Is SEO the only industry where all the cowboys are Indians?
