I will start internal linking for website but I want to clear this thing in my mind so please tell me. Is that google ban the site because of internal linking?

if you do relevant linking to relevant webpages with the right anchor text, there is no reason for big G to ban or penalize your website....

in my opinion, if its relevant internal linking, google will appreciate it!

its even nice to link internally so that visitors will stays on your page longer.

internal linking of same domain, this is seo friendly. if you put adult or irrelevant link than this would be you penalize.

I think no...google will penalize if you make too much spam to other site and link back to your site

WHY on earth would you think that you could be "penalised" for providing your users with navigation around the pages?????????

As long as you don't link to the page you are already on you will be fine
