Dynamic Content on a Static URL - Bad?

My homepage URL never changes, but the content on my homepage is different every time you refresh the page...

I know that the content on the home pages of some websites changes regularly - for examples blogs are always posting new content, and the new stuff appears on the home page. So obviously changing homepage content isn't always all bad...

But for me, if you visit my homepage 10 times in 10 seconds, you'll see different content every time. In a way, it works like the HotOrNot.com homepage.

Will Google look down on my site due to the never consistent home page? Should I try to fit some permanent static content on the page in addition to the always changing part of the page?
