My website is ranking very good in co.in and low in .com

Please tell me why?

are you only / mainly targeting India?
what did you list as your preferred domain on GWMT? .in? Do not use a Country specific domain if you are not targeting specific country.

Perhaps your backlinks are mostly from a specific country?

Go to your Webmaster Tools -> Geographic Target and indicate US host if that is your preferred market.

Follow Google's Change of Address Tool if you are changing domains

Veriy both Domains.
301 Redirects from .co.in to .com
or use the Canonical link

Because you are in India and you probably search for "your site" a lot.

Backlinks from indian websites or your website content pertains more to the indian audience.

Lol~ He might not install Google Tool Bar, so it's out of the problem. Actually we get different SERP when we use Google.com, Google.fr, Google.au... It's normal.

Cause .com is a general search engine that no country sites was prioritized not like in .co.in that is a local search engine.
