The only thing you can do is SEO, follow all steps of SEO, onsite and offsite. Check your keywords for competition and popularity.

You need to exchange your link with some high pr websites or blog, this can help you out to improve keyword ranking, try to do this SEO activity, this may help you.

Is traffic down generally or is it just SE referal traffic that is down?
