Currently I have changed the title tag and description of the inner page of one of my websites www goldcosmeticsandskincare.com/products.php Concentrating on more important keywords like 'Anti Aging Treatment' and 'Anti Scars Treatment'. I have bookmarked the pages immediately in many social bookmarking sites and I am not able to get it indexed in google.
Yahoo and Bing already indexed the pages and are ranking high. Google doesnt seem to notice the change in the title tag. Could any one recommend a method to get this page indexed in Google.
you can use signature link in webmaster forum to index fast.
And if search engines are not shown signatures? ....

I think you should wait for some time. You can do blog post and article submission with targeted keyword in content of it.It ll also help you to index your page fast.
i am currently concentrating and building links only to the current products page. Almost all of the IBLs are cached. Seems there are some other issues associated with the cache. My page had 2 meta description tags and I have changed it. I guess that may be the issue?
Submit your site to google, build a sitemap and bookmark that page on Digg for faster indexing.

You need to redirect the old URL to the NEW URLs and it will take between three months and never to recover
