All the clues are pointing to a Google Browser.

Have a look at the Whois for the URL, GBrowser.com (CLICK FOR WHOIS)

And they have now hired 2 of the Firefox Developers....

Google keep denying the Google Browser but it will be interesting to see what evolves!

Should be interesting to see what happens with the war of the browsers. I have FF installed but it's tough switching over full-time, I'm starting to come around.

The major hurdle is going to overcome all the pre-installed IE browsers, the average user buys a pc, Windows loaded, IE, loaded, AOHell loaded....that's going to be the big wall to climb over.

Google has come a very long way though (I might still have one of their very first business cards, will have to look for it. ), so they might very well break the ice with a FireFox/G browser!

Should be interesting!

I would imagine Google would wait for Long Horn before releasing Gbrowser, it makes sense to see what you’re up against before making a challenge. IE7 is sounding like it's going to have some big features capable of changing the way people browse for information. The integration of RSS has just been announced by Micro$oft who almost said they were in love with it.

I hope Simptech is wrong but I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re all checking yet another browser for bugs, hopefully W3C compliance should be adopted by all browsers on their next release.

One thing for shore is the browser war is only just starting to hot up and with Google climbing on board, they’re sure to produce something of an exceptional quality (as per usual).
