How has panda affected links?

I wanted to see of anyone knew how the Google Panda Update would impact links. So for example if I have a link from a site that dropped significant rankings due to the panda update would that link be worth less? Would there be less link juice passed through that link?

Just curious to see if that is how the impacts would flow through.

It has made useless links from crappy "article" dumping sites even more useless, (if that is possible)

after panda updates every link are important. coz now google don't count the backlinks as backlinks they count how many click you got from your backlinks. before panda update google count how many backlink u have and how many good PR site backlinks u have. than they calculate that and give your site a PR. but now they will count the hits from people on backlinks or any nofollow links. now the hits are counted so don't waste your time on quality backlink bull****. all backlinks are important if u can get even a single click on it. so make backlinks forget about the do follow or no follow.

Total drivel!!!

Google have absolutely no idea how many "clicks" a link gets.

I think you summed your post up nicely with

bull****.
because that's all it is.

sry to say it dude i think you didn't check your firefox setting. you ever think when you visit a attack site in firefox how you get the message from google it is a attack site? normally firefox setting have this option enable that google can check where you are going. you can disable this option. so that way google can check where you are going and from where. so i think you are not any expert in browser.

This virus warning is nothing to do with monitoring "clicks".
Many of Google developers are also Firefox developers so the malware warning, which you will also see if that same page appears in Google SERPs in ANY browser, is incorporated into Firefox and Chrome.

Internet Explorer which has the larger market share does NOT have it built in, so users with IE will not get such a warning so those user are NOT being "tracked by Google".

You should take a refresher course in maths because you seem to be outting two and two gether and NOT getting an answer of four.
Tell you what though!
With that kind of deductive reasoning you should join SEOMoz as a "expert researcher", because that's the kind of thing they come out with. Looking at an effect and deciding what the cause is. And nine times out of ten getting it wrong

Basically main purpose of panda is to watch out fresh and unique content on site. Because of copy content issue google will update or add panda to there algorithm.

Based on their article posted in Google, they are more concerned in site content not in links so better update your site contents and enrich it with your own words. In that way, your KWs will not be affected.

Search engines don't "see" signature links here.

I roll my eyes when people get all fired up about the Panda update. The only sites that took a hit from Panda are those that had "similar" or "duplicate" content issues along with all sites that decided to get links from these questionable neighborhoods (i.e. useless article sites).

Panda is nothing more than Google continuing to follow it's credo of rewarding sites with quality content and devaluing scraper/duplicate content sites (ie MFA) with little or no value to visitors.

Put simply: if you were affected by Panda, review your content policy. If you were not, enjoy the new stronger position you hold in the rankings.

Not quite only those.

A lot of pages/sites that follow the "Formula SEO" or "SEO by numbers" approach, got blitzed as well.
