I have first time website with PR6 but the problem is that I am geting traffic from all other SE but not from google. Is that normal? I am trying to onptimize my website for keyword "webmaster money" or "webmaster money resources".

That would be very hard, webmaster money = 14,700,000 results and webmaster money resources = 4,580,000

But those sites on first pages are usualy crap... They probably dont know that they are listed under those keywords...

IT's odd to not get traffic from Google - how old is your site??

Dino, those sites are probably alot bigger than yours and google find SOO many pages with webmaster money...

Google has been really holding down newer site. You have heard of the sandbox, it is more like quicksand-box.
My seo methods will shoot a 2 year old site to the top overnight. I don't have much luck with sites under 1 year old.

It might be new that is right... I have it just 15 months... My previous page that I just throught out and which is on free hosting is getting more traffic from google even I never did nothing with SEO and it has long name and popups and PR3 etc...

Getting higher PR is one of the initial thing that you have done well but the PR depends on backlinks and SERP's depends on the Anchor text in the backlinks. You can have a high PR but if you have backlinks with not targeted Anchor text its difficult to rank well in google. So I would advice go for the Anchor text with targeted keywords and it would not take much time as you have some good links to your site[PR ^6 So I guess]

Just for the record: PageRank is not actually an important component of Google's ranking algorithm. It is their measure of a page's importance based mostly on the number of inbound links to the site, but it will not get you a high ranking by itself. The two most important things to take into consideration are frequency and placement of keywords within your site.

I am using good keyword placement within my page and on the title but I still get no traffic from google. Can somebody visit it and tell me if there is anything I can improve on it to get some traffic from google?

No it's not jimtools. It's a free program I downloaded years ago called Keyword Extractor. It was created by AnalogX. I find it very useful for optimizing my site.
