Does the website sv-service.com have real or fake pagerank?

If it is real, does anybody have tips for what I should do with the website. I was thinking of flipping it into a forum maybe but I don't have too much experience in flipping websites.

SGB PR means nothing at all for anything usefull.

Well... there are people out there who'll pay good money for the pr6 domain though I'm not sure why. At DP it could sell for $600+ and I got it cheap. I'm wondering if I can use this strategy in the future to make some extra money.

Well if they are dumb enough to part with real money for nothing at all just take it off them, after all as William (Canada Bill) Jones is reputed to have said;

"It's immoral to let a sucker keep his money"

It was once redirecting to sv-group.com -- which is the true PR6 domain. That PageRank will eventually disappear.
