I've redesigned one of my sites that had a PR5 with interior pages being 4. Now after the redesign, all or most of the interior pages stayed 4 but the index page dropped off the face of the earth (or Google) at least.

What did I do wrong?

This site has been up for a few years and had several back-links. I was soooo close to a 6!

Yeah, it's actually got good positioning (#2 in Google, #1 Yahoo, #3 MSN) but I just can't figure out why it lost all it's PR.

PR is there but probably you could not see it in the toolbar. Dont go for PR but if you have the SERP's thats more than enough. PR may just popup soon.
