I am finding a hard time with this one....I have a question about the updates that Google.com is making.

For example: if Google.com has made an update with its algorithm, do other (correct me if I'm wrong with this >>>>>>)Top Level Domains like Google.com.ph, .uk, .ca, and so on are updating their algo simultaneously?

Yes. Although it is not simultaneous, as it takes several days for the roll-out to reach ALL datacentres.

Y its fully technical thinks from Google, but I feel algo updation will be simultaneous bcz its back end related ,Google is so powerful, and do not think they will take much time for each data centers updation....
