The problem is you typed in your search query wrong. A search for top-download.net is going to retrieve results of pages with top in them but MINUS the download.net part.

Search for site:top-download.net and you will see that Google has you indexed.

Your site has no rank fromt he Google tool bar. This could be because you need more pages to your site? The top image links are not ideal for a search spider so they may not always see your other pages. I would suggest expanding your content and adding to your bottom of page text links.
