I know this is a very subjective question but has anyone got any ideas how many backlinks, and what pr those backlinks need to have, in order for me to see an increase in my own pr ? (I currently have a new site with pr=0 )

It's my understanding that a page needs to have a 3 or better PR in order to count towards raising your PR. Any other input?
