How long does it take before Google gives me a page rank. I also have about 50 other sites linking to my site and when I do backlink, I get only the pages of my site. How long does it take.

Recently Google has updated the page rank every three months or so. The last time this happened was at the beginning of January so many people believe another update is due any minute.

Google never shows all the backlinks you have - only a small proportion are seen, and they update these infrequently too.
