well as you don't appear to have optimised for any related phrases to that one at all it isn't really surprising.
Having a few meta tags doesn't just cut it anymore.
You need to work on just about every aspect of your site. Start with the articles listed in this HighRankings Thread and take it from there.

Your lack of ranking may have to do with the fact that you have absolutely no incoming links. You need to submit to directories, exchange links, etc., before you can expect to have a high ranking in Google.

you have a nice looking site over all and I would agree with all of the above, incoming link text can determine what key words you come up in G@@gle on. You'll also want to re-work your title tags for sure, check out our http://www.auxic.com/fa_metatags.htm article for starters. You don't need to tell any one they are on your Home page or what the web address is in your title tags, concentrate on your desired keywords in a phrase that will intrest people enough to click on your link. Hope this helps!

Google did their page rank update about 2 or 3 weeks ago so it will be where its at until they do another one. If you have only been online for a month, it isn't surprising that you were missed on that PR update and, from what I understand, the next update is always a secret.
I found this page that tracks and lists when the updates have occurred in the past at http://www.presentationrentals.net/g...ank_update.htm and as you can see there really is no pattern. Best thing to do is study up and have your site ready for the next one.
