I hope it is not repetitive here.

It seems like I have done everything possible for my sites:
1) Titles, Description and Meta Tags all properly done
2) Keywords bold and strategically placed
3) Manually submitted to over 200+ directories, the list given by Padawan

What else should I do now?

Anymore sites to submit or anything else to do?


Or just wait for results?

Get more backlinks and wait.

Try to find sites that compliment yours, and offer them reciprocal linking arrangements, in order to gain more backlinks. Also, write articles, and submit them to content databases like www.eZineArticles.com. Try making it a goal to get 10 new backlinks each day, and keep this up for as long as you can.

Try offering free content to related sites, with a link back to yours.
