Like I would like to use a tool to tell me where my site is on certain keywords I type in so I wont have to dig through the pages.
Is there something like this?

Google have an API (Application Programming Interface) that allows you to query their database, with it you can do 1000 queries a day (the clock resets at around 2:30 AM GMT apparently). So at DP you are using your own key which allows for a lot of users simultaneously.

the API key is free and there is a link to register at DP or Google API

I use webceo from http://www.webceo.com/ - you can download it onto your PC for free. You can check rankings against 5 search phrases for any number of SEs.

How many results did you set it to check?

Did you test with a phrase that you know where the site ranks? Also the API uses a different DC so it may not have fully synced up.

NOTE: Using WebCEO to check google can get your IP blocked for automated querying

cowsgonemadd3,

How old is the site? It may have been "sandboxed" due the amount of incoming links. They may be from unrelated sources and even worse, sources that are blacklisted. Did you hire or buy into a link service? If so, sometimes these services get links to your site that are more of a hinderance than help.

Nope I traded links here at this site and a few others. This new site is about 1 month old. Its in google and has 54 back links. Let me check the program again then.

This keyword verification tool checks for your site on the first 6 pages of the major search engines for any given keyword/phrase:
