Hey guys my site (hr-online.cjb.net) was like #2nd in the Google search engine in page#1, but now it is like not even in the 10-20 pages, so my question is that how would I keep my site in the best rankings and why did it go down!

Sometimes Google ranks a new site up amongst the best and then when it has got settled your ranking will drop. I am not sure whether this is the case with you. Keep working at getting good anchor text and you will be back up there.

I would like to offer some suggestions.

1. You are using free web hoster and its introducing frames and which is not very good from SEO point of view.
2. Your title is not very much liked by the SE.

Now you may have something like I did not modified and I was at number 2 some time back.

The reason behind can be there were lots of backlinks and that may have gone or when Hrithik Roshan was going great guns in India many people linked to your site but now it might be some other site of SRK.
