Yeh same problem here my site www.trailerdownload.net didnt get any pr for some reason that i dont know .
mean while my friend site www.casinotips.ws got pr3 he has :
Less visitors ( max 50 ) i got 5000+
Less links
Less pages

I just want to know what i did wrong so i wont make this error again !

Well ... for one thing ... you need backlinks. It looks like the only backlinks that you have is from forums (two of them to be specific). One of my political sites has between 29,000 and 30,000 backlinks and has a PR now of 6. With those backlinks and the high PR we are currently listed as number 14 in google when you type in GOP which is a hard keyword to get. We hope that with recent changes made to our madness that we will be within the top 10 soon. Backlinks from related sites really helps your PR MAJORLY!!!!

Backlinks are good to have but I've heard of some upcoming changes in google that put more emphasis on the quality of links. Google will be looking more at how often those links are used as part of their weighting system. Can anyone corroborate this?

Neither of them decide the PR. Its just quality link. One PR 5 link is sufficient to get a PR of 3.

Takes time for links to give any credit or weight.

Now about your question
www.emulatorworld.com it has PR 5 but It has 38 External and 46 Internal Links and so get PR benefit all will be equally benefitting from PR 5 and so you get a benefit of 1/84 of PR 5. Its simple if you have 5 sweets and 50 people to distribute its not much share you can expect but if its 10 then there is lot you can expect.

Now with
www.weiver.net/ It has PR 5 but here you are in better situation and I think you should be at PR 3 or more but I would suggest the sites contain very less content and all links and so there are chances that they dont pass PR.

I would advice not to run after the PR and go for links that can bring traffic and that should solve the problem.

Your site does have backlinks. Just a few with Google, but when
checked at yahoo, you have several thousand.

Google only shows "a sample" of backlinks, and they will not
explain what they mean by sample.

Be patient. Don't be envious of another's backlinks. If the other
guy suddenly loses all his backlinks, would you still envy him?

Things will fall in place for you eventually.

it doesnt show page rank.

And second question :
What is the smartest thing to do :
1. Add me as quick as possible to as many directory's as possible .
2. Link exchange as much as i can ( 10 a day or something )
3. Take it easy do a few a day of both?

SEO needs patience

It's quite simple, Your site is new in an already oversubscribed area.
Don't expect any results worth noting for another 6 to 8 months. Getting lots of backlinks at this stage will likely set that back another month or two.

The smart thing to do would be to stop worrying about PR, have some patience and just build the site and backlinks as you go along. The pages are not in the slightest way optimised and there are thousands of pages already in the results, all older than your site and with existing backlinks.

So you you have a lot of work in front of you to get anywhere and PR isn't going to make any real difference to that.

Assuming the typical linking hierarchy, pagerank of sub pages
is based on the pagerank of your home page.
