Hey guys,

Google has been crawling my site for several weeks now (4+). The bot shows up in my logs about once every 2-3 days and crawls about ~150 pages (roughly half of my site). Although, i can't find my site anywhere on Google. Is this just a waiting game or should i be worrying that there's something wrong?

First crawl was roughly June 20th. Site is located here.

The reason that you cant find yourself on google is that you need to get lots of incoming links.

BTW i noticed you have session id's turned off with OsCommerce. I would be very interested to know which method you used to do this?

Any idea why Google wouldn't show a description for us? I notice other companies like http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=www.msn.com have a description. Likely coming from their Meta-Description.

I've been getting the same thing,only on my forum. Googles bot is all over my forum.Every time someone makes a new post the bot hits that board and does it's thing.But my forum has been up for about a year and 2 months now.Googles been collecting info from it for about 8 weeks or more now.I haven't seen any search engine results.

Maybe google is actuarly looking for somethign, but as it sayed, it has been googled.
