Doesn't really look too great to be honest - takes up too much space for my liking. By default, I already have a nice, neat search box in the top right hand corner. I also added a rather nice, tidy, small toolbar PR checker in the bottom right hand corner, as well as a little gMail icon.
Since FF already comes with superior autoform features (...or did I install those myself...) I have no need for the Google toolbar.
I highly recommend all of the above plugins if you want to keep your browser tidy!
