I am wondering if anyone else has gotten a copy of the IE 7.0 Beta yet? If so what are you thoughts.

Personally I don't like the fact that I can't move the menu to the top of the browser but I can live with that. I liked the tabbed browsing. I wish it has autologon like slimbrowser does but maybe that will be something for a future edition. Another nice feature is Yahoo Messenger inside your browser. I have seen other add-ons that allowed this but I like the fact that it is included in the browser now.

The Need2Search bar was usless so I removed it. Any others trying the browser out?

It looks good ... faster ... tabbed browsing is great. I haven't figured out how to get rid of the stupid RX Related Results crap though. It underlines words on the pages you surf and if you hover over the word then you get some stupid RX Related Results pop-up ... which is really annoying and will tick new users off!

Other than that ... so far I am liking it.

I figured out what the problem was ... I had to restart my computer after I uninstalled the RX Bar. It never stated that in the uninstall but now we all know. I also ran int another small qlitch ... if I click to open a blank new tab ... it closes in like 5 secs automatically. I can open links in new tabs but I can't open a tab and then type in a url to visit.

Yahoo Mail doesn't work very well in this browser ... it has to resort to the old HTML version.

Yahoo doesn't suppor the newest version of IE. You get the following message.

Yahoo! may not be optimized for the web browser you are using. Your options are:
Upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 7.1, or Safari 1.2.
Switch back to the Yahoo! version supported by your current browser.
