How does a site that does nothing but link to Google get a PR4?
The only backlink is their AdBright profile.....

Backlinks were recently updated so they could have lost theirs links and it just has not been reflected on the visible toolbar PR.

I used a page rank predictor on my website, and it predicts an increase of 120% on one page, this will then go from 4 to 9. It also predicts other pages will be 10, 9, 8 and 7. I thought this was odd, but it seems to be a trend amoungst all page prank predictors.

Lets wait and see!

It seems when google does the next PR, there site will be lowered. It looks like they lost a lot of links.

How do you know what the real backlinks are? Google only shows us what it wants to show us. I have a PR 5 with nothing but a few PR 0's linking to it according to G but Yahoo shows quite a few more. This would say that G knows they are there but chooses not to show them.

PR really doesnt matter anyways.
