I just got an email alert from google showing the indexed pages of one of my sites. It had a crap load of new pages. The last time I got an email like this, it was the night before a rank update. Admittedly, I received one from ALL my websites, and thus far I have only received it for 1. Has anyone else noticed anything going on?
