On google's language page, there is now a language called "Elmer Fudd" listed amongst the various others Google supports. Check it out at:

That's been there for awhile, I actually had it as my default language for the longest time

I got a major kick out of that when my boss showed it to me earlier this year...his 12 year old son had showed it to him
