I have checked some keywords and it's true - this is very unexact.
Do you know any better tool, if only exist?

I use Wordtracker, but it is not free nor cheap.

You can also use the Overture Keyword Suggestion Tool which is free but not as accurate.

And here is the Google Adwords keyword suggestion tool (does not show amount of searches).

I'll second Wordtracker as a recommendation. They could do with improving the interface, but it is pretty good. I thought the prices were OK.
