Google re-inclusion works?

We have fallen out of Google about 4 weeks ago, right at the time of
Hurricane Wilma (to which we first atributed the drop). Subsequently,
checked our site and removed some white text that one of our developers
placed at the bottom of the home page a long time ago. Apparently the
'Jagger' is super tuned for any of this, but we don't mind since I
don't believe this hidden text ever really did anything for us. We
also had a chance to go over the site again and delete not used pages
off the server, to reduce the clutter the robots need to dig around in.

We are Budapest.com and re-submited for re-inclusion 2x and still
nothing... Just a form mail. We continued to try to "guess" what is
wrong and have ran out of ideas. Read the "gudelines" to the point of
memorization...
Q. Does G. come back around and re-index if the flaw was removed?
Q. Is there a manual 'turn off' that we should keep approaching G.
until done?
Q. Anyone have a guess at what could still be wrong??
Thanks for ANY HELP in advance !! We're clueless...
