What would cause my PR to go from a 3 to NO rating, and now I've just refreshed my site for the 4th time, and it's back to 3.

I've noticed the same thing happening for the past month. Seems like it's happening to a lot of webmasters.

I think google changed the PR code a while ago. Most sites dropped by one PR. My site dropped from PR6 to PR5.

Did you use any Search Engine Cloakers or any BAD techniques of SEO like Hidden Text etc ? Google monitors this and takes serious action blocking such URL's

Looks like you are back to PR3. Google has been having lots of hiccups as of late...
