LOL I agree. Interestingly, most of MSN's users don't even know who owns msn!

Interesting. Why would anyone use AOL powered by anyone? Wouldn't you just use the "anyone"?

that's why they are AOL users. For the most part AOL users are stuck in the AOL virtual world and don't even realise there is a another virtual world beyond AOL.

Well, either way its a loss of revenue for Google. Perhaps they will be knocked off their high horses and start treating their advertisers better.

Dang, I was just about to write that AOL users don't realise there's a website beyond them - guess you got there first!

I think they are more interested in the userbase.

Just like G.

This could cause some interesting shifts. I'm guessing that it won't be helping publishers at all. (Have no proof, just my gut talking)

I have watched my adsense account get decimated over the last 3 months and have switched most of my codes to YPN. They pay a lot better for a fewer clicks, which makes me wonder about fraud at G?

The same traffic with Adsense has about 100 more clicks a day, but is only worth about a dime a click..

Just makes you wonder..

That isn't really the problem though. Most AOL users use AOL search, and AOL is a large section of the internet community. Google has been very good to my websites and MSN is a little sketchy as some of their results change on a daily basis.... one day my site will be on the first page for a keyword the next it is on page 5. I don't know, I just think this isn't going to be a good thing besides bringing google back down to earth a bit. I guess they can't be on the top forever.

Yip looks like aol are taking googles offer but I think it would have been better going to MSN to teach google that they are not invincible. But who knows maybe someone will
