Now google is spidering my site about 200 times a day and I have the same amount of links from my site each day (about 200).. sometimes however it will jump to 500 links but by the next day ill be back to 200 again.

The whole google thing is really driving me insane.

It might just be Google sorting things out. Give it a little time and see if things get more consistent.

Why do you pay attention on Google? Everybody follows them. It became a cult. Just work on your website popularity and you'll get better results.

I have been doing since I started. Wierd now google has got a taste for my html content and now I have like 800 listings duno wether this is a one off or google is just trana play some crazy mind game.

There is no evidence that your site has been banned. Google is still caching your pages in the past few days.

I have 24 sites whose PR dropped from 6 to 0, and another 18 that were banned alright. For thoses whose PR dropped to 0, Google last cached them one year ago but they are still searchable in Google's index. As for the sites that were banned, they were removed from the index altogether. I strongly believed that Google has switched tactics recently, instead just downgrading traffic to websites with duplicate content, it is going to an outright ban and removal from its index altogether.

There is no reason why your site would be banned by Google. It is probably a technical glitch and may sort itself out by the next update.
