I'm Pretty Confused and i'm hoping that some people on webmaster talk can help me out 
Here is the story:
I Made a forum and a portfolio not long ago and i hired people to submit it to directories and things like that, i kept checking the pr on iwebtool.com and seochat.com and it seems very good. My sites are a pr 0 and they're (*Predicited*) a Pr 5/6 and this is like only my first fully advertised site. The Google pagerank update hasnt come over 114 days and i've been checking since the beginning of January, it's very annoying not that i googled it and searched on forums about the next update i hear people say it's going to be every three months or it's twice a year or it's coming very soon and i'm not sure what to think. Anyway my point was on seochat i checked Future PR of Gamezmania.net and everytime i refresh the page it has something different it's pretty wierd  .
