When my account will be activated and i will be able to place a AdSense on my site. When i try to access my account i recieve this message ;

An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application.

I have activated my account 2 times but i still can't able to access completley

Are you hoping that by posting on a webmaster forum about the same thing several times, maybe somebody from Google will see that you're sorry for clicking your own ads??!

That's what you get for trying to steal from google..
Apply for another advertising program, bidvertisor or clicksor. You won't be getting back on google.
