I built a site and the PR of the front page is 1 or 2 while the internal pages are 3 or 4, can anyone help explain thanks

Yep the Toolbar display is meaningless and useless.

this has happened to me and lots of other people. my internal pages went from 0 to 5. frontpage is 1 back down 2. that is just one of my sites.
