Google bot visited my site today at 11:03:23 and my cache as been updated.

Despite this, the description is a very old one (from old theme). I thought google got the description from your website cache but this is not anywhere on the cache.

Search google for 'BTB games' (top result). And you shall see the old description.

If your website is indexed in The Open Directory, the description Google pulls could be coming from the Open description.

exactly what i was about to say, although i don't think the description and cache version have to match 100%, sometimes a couple of different des's are used for one cache of my pages.

do you have that same description as text anywhere in that specific page? sometimes (most times) google wont use your Description Meta Tag as the description for your site as it apears in the natural results it takes content from the page. So you may want to double check that line that is showing as your description.
