You'll probably get most trafic from search engines, so you need to get your keywords right that people will search for, for your site to come up on SEs.

Submit regularly but according their rules, as far as you can tell!

Keep addding/refreshing content, and join major and minor directories.

directory submissions, article writing and submissions, press releases, there are a lot of things you can do

i'd start with directory submissions

it gets boring after a while though, but it works the best to get some backlinks

1. SEO for organics, new site would be pretty get ranked well on Google and Yahoo, thus you can target for MSN first

2. Run PPC ads

3. Keep adding or updating good quality content, keep adding more pages

4. Write article and PR with links back to your site

5. Online blogs to advertise your biz

6. Track the performace of yout site to know where you need to improve

Basically, SEO in its modern sense is becoming more and more simple: make sure you have good, unique content-rich pages (the former of which I'm not really sure about in the case of your site) and tell as many people about it in as many ways on as many sites as you possibly can. In other words, don't focus on SEO for the pure sake of SEO. Focus on it for the sake of the maximum quality of traffic (if that makes sense.)
