Hi,

I created and submitted my website for two weeks ago. I have get it in google. But problem is it have not indexed all pages under my site.

when i try in google search: site:downloads-freegames.com

So it shows just one page, main index.

But not pages under this. I have added following tag in my index.html page.

<meta name="robots" content="INDEX, FOLLOW">

Can someone help me to index the whole page?

Thanks,

Have a lot of patience, 2 weeks is nothing, it may take 2 years

get some links to your pages and get rid of that pointless meta tag.

One of the most common mistakes i see people make with new sites is spending too much time monitoring what google have indexed and worrying about it, when they should be spending that time getting relevant backlinks and promoting thier site.

For the first 6 months (at least) you probably shouldn't even look at what google have indexed or where you are appearing in serps.

Also i agree with chris, That meta tag is pointless. You should remove it.

Yeah. You just have to give it time. Google doesn't index your site overnight. Chris is right too about the meta tag. Google isn't going to do anything different by you adding it.

Just find more sites that will add a link back to your site and be patient.

Is the site you're referring to the one in your signature? If so it's only a two page and not exactly one the search engines will be eager to index since there's no content.

Alt attributes are used to describe images when the viewer has images turned off in their browser, or they are using something else to read the page like a screen reader.

I see the real site now and see it only has the home page indexed in google. It doesn't look like you've done anything to prevent Google from finding you and I think it's just a matter of time before the other pages are indexed. Like Chris said above 2 weeks isn't a long time at all.

Alt attributes are used to give some text about an image to people who either have images turned off in their browser or who just can't see them. If the image is also a link it's good to mention when that link goes, bit msot of the time describing what an image looks like to someone who can't or doesn't want to see it seems kind of pointless. Most of the time you'll end up using alt=""

Here's a good article from 456 Berea St on The alt and title attributes. It gives some good information on the proper way to use them.
