You should check that tool before you do much else. People are checking foreign phrases and it's creating malformed URLs.
From the looks of it, and at the risk of creating link obsession syndrome, you could use a few more backlinks from places that aren't "automatic backlinks". What I'm going to suggest you do is take a hard look at your site and see if it's clearly explained to your users, see if people could easily get what it does, etc. Right now, I don't think you have that.

I think malformed urls are because of foreign keywords.I even don't know what these keywords mean for.
So what i have to do to avoid forming malformed urls ?
btw malformed urls are in very less number more than 95% searches are in english so quite right urls.

I saw 10 out of 20. So that's 50%.
As far as malformed URLs are concerned, that would depend on the programming language you used to build the tool with.

Sorry adam...
please re-check malformed urls ( foreign keywords...) are not in that high percentage.

Mong I hadn't realized that you were nichewatch. Shows how observant I am since it's in your signature. I was surprised when you said your site doesn't seem to be in the index. I figured your firefox extension would be enough to get you plenty of links.
My first thought was to ask if you had engaged in any questionable linking practices, but I'm not seeing where you're linking out to any bad neghborhoods.
However I did notice at your site that none of the links in your navigation is leading anywhere. Everything is retunring a 404 not found so maybe Google simply thinks you no longer exist. They tend to see 404s as an indication a site isn't there anymore.
It might just be that once you fix the links the site will come back after another few crawls.

You know I'm not sure now. When I looked before I could have sworn I was seeing a navigation bar at the top, which I don't see now. Wouldn't be the first time I was completely unobservant about something so maybe I had a bunch of sites open and looked at the wrong one.
I'm not really sure then what happened. I know you have plenty of backlinks to your site though for some reason it looks like Google has dropped you completey from their database. I can't find any obvious reason for it though.
You may want to contact them and see if they'll provide any information.
I just had a thought. Are you using a Goolge API Key when you're doing the searches at Google. I know they limit how many you can do in one day and if you're going over they may not be too happy about it. Not sure if it's related, but might be.

I was only meaning if you weren't using the API when people searched through your site it might have been a problem. It was a reach, but it was all I could think of.
I'm at a loss. Usually when a site has been completely de-indexed it's because Google has banned them for some reason, but I don't see any reason why your site would be banned. Seems like a pretty good site to me.
Have you tried contacting Google? I know sometimes they can be slow to answer, but they might give you an idea of what's going on.

I am sure (98.534%) that my nw site is ban from google.
Don't know the reason for sure
Now i am recalling that after adding this page
www.nichewatch.com/keywords.php
I got banned after 10-15 days.
Does it constitute as content according to definition of Google?
Could it be reason of most likely ban?

You know I'm not entirely sure. Those pages certainly don't have a lot of what would be considered quality content, though I think they would still count as content. There are many pages online that are just a bunch of links.
If those links all pointed to other sites they might be considered as part of some link farm, but they all link to pages on your site so at most I would think they would just be disocounted and not necessarily cause a ban. The timing though of those pages and the possible (likely?) ban is interesting.
The pages could be seen by Google as an attempt to artificially get the home page of the site ranked for those keywords given all the unrelated keywords as anchor text essentially pointing to the same page.
I think it might be best to email Google and ask them about those pages and if that's the problem just take them down and submit a request for reinclusion. If those pages are the problem Google should reindex the site once they're removed. It might take a little while, but I'l pretty sure they'd reindex the site.

There is a chance that you're doing nothing wrong, as you're experiencing the same problem as many people that got their non-spamming sites banned for unknown reasons. Google anti-spam filter seems not to be working too good.
As I said, it looks like many people are suffering the same pain: http://www.sitepoint.com/article/goo...rithm-problems

I tend to think most of the times a site has been de-indedxed it's usually because the site owner or webmaster has really engaged in some seo they really shouldn't have. Sometimes they didn't realize they shouldn't have been doing what they were doing.
But I agree that there are more sites lately that just seem to have gotten caught in some kind of filter and though they've done nothing wrong their site suffers.
Contacting Google might be the best approach to sorting things out.
Mong I just thought of another possibility. Your pages are essentially the same with the exception of the search result. Maybe Google is seeing the site as a lot of duplicate content. They're obviously not duplicate, but maybe the algorithm is seeing them that way.
