My google toolbar just wont display page rink on any site , ive uninstalled , reinstalled but nothing been like this for about a month , any ideas on why?

The google toolbar doesn't provide accurate results about PR. I wouldn't worry about it.

There are other things to concentrate on rather than the display of the green bar.

yes i do know that , its just a quick question and it was annoying me

I don't recall ever having any problems with my Google Bar..
