When searching for a common keyword Google will display first the news results no matter what moving our serps one step lower. I believe this results are non relevant and unnecessary since I'm looking for a Traffic School Online not for "Online Bidding Offers - Boston 14 hours ago"

Automatic news results should be more sensitive towards keywords and key phrases.

Just a comment.

I'd agree with you in the normal SERPs, but with news people are often looking for the most recent news. The news story that would rank best based on keywords could be several days, weeks, months, or even years old.

Keywords should matter of course, but with news the recency has to be a major part of the agorithm.
