I am aware of bad aspects of 302 redirect.
I find again the same 302 redirect to my site. It's again unfortunately, cause in previous year I asked to remove a link. Now redirect is still active. Page rank dropped from 3 to 0 about week ago. Google is not indexing any pages from site.

I have already checked server headers at http://www.seoconsultants.com/tools/headers.asp

Can someone tell me is this site stealing a pagerank?

yes, probably the site that 302 to your site want's the page reflect your pagerank.. some of these people think that if they have that instant reflected PR then they can either rent TLA or probably sell the site/page

Thank your for replies. I noticed they removed redirection, (after my email) but I am not sure if they start that again.
Anyway I do some precuation and I put it
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.ediscountshopping\.com
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.ediscountshopping.com/$1 [R=301,L]in the .htaccess file on server.

Email them back, telling them that you never requested a redirect, and elaborate on the pagerank thing.

Here's an article from Matt Cutts on 302 redirects. It's a little closer to the source than any of us so hopefully it can help.

I won't claim to be an expert on this, but from my understanding you won't be banned, but rather the worst case scenario is that your content will be seen as belonging to the other site and not yours. That's still not great as they might show up in a search for your content and I suppose your page could be seen as duplicate content, but I don't think this is anything that could get you banned.

if it were then it would be relatively easy to ban your competitors. Based on Matt Cutts article it looks like 99% of the time Google will still be treating the link to your site as it will any other.

That's all just my interpretaion though and someone here may know more about this than I do.
