You don't think its too long for pr update.Because its now more than 4 months and old websites are still untouched by recent pr updates.

Its too long .. otherwise it took ~3 months usually.

I'm not sure what happened with the latest update from a few weeks ago. Seems like only pages that previously had 0 PR received any and in many cases I've seen undeservingly so. I haven't noticed any change in my own site other than pages that didn't have PR now having some. Seems like the update wasn't really a complete update.

Of course given we're talking about toolbar PR I'm not really all that concerned other than as a curiosity.

I think the same thing happened to my website because my directory never goes higher even if my directories linked in more directories.

Yeah... I can confirm this-same thing happened to me. I've read in a blog that the update took place only in two Google datacenters... I don't know if this is the case though.
