So how can I have a link on Google with easy navigation from the search page?

There is little you can do to make google do that, They do it on their own if they think there are enough pages from that site that would interest the person doing the search.

Your site has to be top result and deemed an authority for the search phrase.

Don't hold your breath while waiting

It's just something done at Google's discretion. If you want to have that extra show in the results all you can do is work on building a really good authority site on your topic. That won't guarantee anything in the results, but if you end up with such a good site I don't think it will matter if you get those extra links in the results or not anyway.
